Source Maps and EWD

Since EWD inevitably involves a compilation step, I am looking at the process of mapping the generated code back to the EWD source code.

There is a method in the Javascript world to do that (roughly equivalent to the #LINE pragma in C) called Source Maps.

Perhaps a sourcemap to link Javascript to its EWD mapping would be a useful tool when debugging.
