[EWB-UCLA] Week 1 Officer Meeting

Hello fabulous officers of EWB!

Can't wait to see all of you tomorrow at the general meeting in our favorite EIV 38-138. The general meeting will start promptly at 6:15 PM, but I'd like to ask all officers to be there at 6 PM to help set up. For those of you with leftover food from the BBQ, make sure to bring it!

Following the general meeting, we will have an officer meeting. Please come prepared with any announcements you might have, and a print-out of your San Diego conference payment receipt for reimbursement purposes (in the confirmation email, click on "Review your registration record or make any changes" and print out the confirmation with a barcode). 

Mentioned previously, the $50 for the retreat is separate from the conference fee and covers housing and transportation. This is due next Tuesday (10/8), cash or check (made out to Dasha Gloutak) are both acceptable. If you can bring that tomorrow, it would be much appreciated as I paid for it out of pocket (yikes!).

Hi Dasha,

My class tomorrow ends at 6:00, but i'll try leaving early to get there in time! Also I was planning on dropping off the left over chips in the EWB office around noon since I don't think I could bring all of them with me to class directly before.  If anyone was there early tomorrow they can pick them up from the office, if not I can pick it up on my way to the meeting!
