[EWB-UCLA] San Diego Conference and Retreat

Hello officers!

Welcome back! Hope you all had a fabulous summer, and that you're ready and pumped for an awesome year!

As you know, we are going to start this year off with our very first annual retreat in San Diego, October 11-13 for the EWB West Coast Regional Conference! We will drive down Friday and return Sunday, and will be staying at the Hyatt Mission Bay Hotel 0.5 miles away from the conference center. The cost for the retreat is $50 per person, which includes gas and housing. The deadline to pay for the retreat is Tuesday, October 8.

If you haven't done so already, make sure to register for the conference before the early registration deadline this Friday, 9/27. 

When registering, indicate:

-NO you do not want shared student housing

-YES we are planning on staying at the Hyatt Mission Bay (room reservations have already been made! yay!)

-NO you are not interested in carpooling (also already taken care of)

-NO we are not planning on attending the Film Festival

-YES we are planning on staying through Sunday

There is no dress code for the conference, your normal attire for classes should be fine. Remember to bring money for meals and activities, as well as toiletries, beach towels, bathing suits, casual clothes, etc. 

Please indicate your conference registration status and note any food allergies or dietary needs here.

Hi Officers!

Make sure to register for the conference today! A reminder, the early conference registration fee is separate from our $50 retreat fee, which is for housing and gas. 

This retreat is MANDATORY for all officers. Please email me ASAP if something has come up and you cannot attend, but keep in mind you all should indeed be coming!
