Constitution - Ready for revision!

Hello all!

So the first draft of the constitution is ready.. (Thanks for reminding I had the list of officer duties already!) There can still be a lot of work done to it so let me know what can be changed/added! 

Note: I had no idea about what to put or if I should even put the "removal" part in Article V... I saw it in an EWB constitution I found online and thought it would be a good idea to add it to ours, but let me know your thoughts!
