E-Board Transitions + Meeting

Hi everyone,

Hope you're all doing well! I just wanted to reach out to give everyone an important heads-up prior to our E-Board transition meeting next week on April 10th - all current E-Board members transitioning out of your roles, PLEASE take a moment to update your binders. During our transition meeting on the 10th (taking place in 201 EXP - time TBD between 6 and 9 p.m. - another email will be sent out to current and new E-Board members with more information soon), we are hoping to dedicate some time for new e-board members to meet with the incumbent officers in their positions to chat, pass on accounts and keys, and give them access to the binders. In order to facilitate this transition, that means binders must be updated! Please let me know if you will be unable to update your binders or already know that you will be unable to attend the Alumni E-Board meeting, and we can determine the best way to ensure a smooth transition between officers.
