Invitation: EWB 2024-2025 Team Welcome Meeting (September 25th, 7:30-8:30pm)

Hi Everyone,

I am Dhwani Bhatt, the new president of EWB- NEU Chapter for the 2024-2025 year. For one of our first in person Eboard meetings this fall, I would like to invite all our faculty advisors, mentors and e-board members to a large welcome meeting on 25th september. This meeting is organized for e-board members to network with mentors and advisors, gain some advice and help with goal setting as well welcome some new mentors into our club! I will reach back out again with a detailed agenda for this meeting closer to the date, however this just serves as a timely invitation with hope that you can all plan ahead and try to attend in person if possible! If this is inconvenient, we would be happy to host a virtual section for the meeting too! 

Meeting details will be confirmed closer to the date, however the current tentative plan is Wednesday September 25th 7:30-8:30pm location TBD.

Hi Jess,

I would like to follow up to check if you were ever able to book us a room for this meeting on the 25th?

You have forwarded quite a few room booking emails over the past week for bootcamp, general body and the program meetings so I am unable to remember if there was one for this special eboard meeting too or if we have not booked this yet. Apologies if you have, I just may have lost it in my swamped inbox.
