First summer meeting summery

First summer meeting! -it’s a bit long, but important to read-
After we all finished exams (at least moadei A) yesterday we had the kickoff meeting for the summer. We had good attendance a discussed important issues for the group. Aviv the new EWB Technion chapter head, replacing Yael, was a welcome guest at the meeting. Yael is still around for a few months.
At the meeting we talked about group issues that were brought up in the previous meeting (with Yael), reviewing the group’s SWOC analysis and addressing group problems that came up. We used a problem tree method to find the root causes and talked about way to improve the way we function as a group. We formulated an Agreement (or personal obligation) for group members. I will type it soon and send it, important to read!, it will not be the final formulation and we’ll talk about it more, it is an important agreement for all the groups members, current and future. That all the members should agree on.
After reviewing the group we chose 2 team leaders, Diana is the new community team leader!
And Ron is our (new :) ) Tech team leader! Congratulation for both of them! Our job is to make the job easy!
We have many more positions to man in the group, here’s a list, please think which of the role is suitable for you (some of them can be done even if you’re not in Israel in the summer):

Another important thing we talked about is the group’s vision, defining our goals and objectives. So to the next meeting we want that everybody we’ll come after thinking on that and bring up some ideas and write them in the Google doc (click it) dedicated for that.
We decided on at least one meeting a week during the summer, and i’ll add a doodle to try and find a time in the week that is suitable to as many members.

פגישת קיץ ראשונה! קצת ארוך אבל חשוב!
אחרי שסיימנו מבחנים (לפחות מועדי א') אתמול ערכנו פגישת התנעה ראשונה לקראת חזרה לפעילות מלאה. הייתה נוכחות טובה ודנו בנושאים חשובים לקבוצה. אביב , אשר מחליפה את יעל בתור ראש סניף טכניון, הייתה איתנו בפגישה.
בפגישה דנו בכמה נושאים שעלו בפגישה הקודמת (עם יעל) עברנו על ניתוח הSWOC שעשינו לקבוצה והתייחסנו לבעיות הקבוצתיות שעלו שם. כתבנו עץ בעיות וירדנו לשורש הבעיות ודיברנו על דרכים לפתור אותן. ניסחנו מעיין אמנה קבוצתית או התחייבות אישית של חברי הקבוצה, אני אקליד את זה בקרוב , חשוב לקרוא, הניסוח לא יהיה סופי ונדבר על זה עוד בגלל שזה מסמך חשוב שכל הקבוצה צריכה להסכים עליו.
אחרי שחפרנו קצת על הקבוצה בחרנו 2 מובילי צוותים, רון הוא ראש שצוות טכני (ישן חדש)!! ודיאנה היא ראש צוות קהילה! ברכות לשניהם! התפקיד שלנו הוא לעשות את התפקיד שלהם קל!

נושא חשוב נוסף שדיברנו עליו היה "חזון" הקבוצה, מה המטרות שלנו, מה אנחנו רוצים להשיג. פה יש גוגל דוק ששם נוסיף רעיונות (תרגישו חופשי) ונבוא מוכנים לכך לפגישה הבאה.
החלטנו שבמהלך הקיץ נפגש לפחות אחת לשבוע, דודל ישלח בקרוב.
