I've just sheared with you the google calendar I've made during the last meeting. In it is the rough schedule we made during the last meeting.
there're a few things to note:
Everybody in the group should have gotten a mail from google with the link to the the calendar.
You must press the link in order to get access to the calendar. In order to make it easier to work,
everyone has editing permission. That means anybody can add/change or delete events. This, obviously, means
you need to be very careful, and only change or add things when they are relevant to the entire group. don't delete a meeting you can't come to, because then maybe no one will get to the meeting.
- What's on the calendar now.
Currently all the next planed meetings are on the calendar. if a meeting has a subscript it usually refers to the outcome we agreed has to happen
by the end of that meeting. Besides the meetings I also put down the possible dates for the reversed visit.
- Making sure you're using the right calendar
Some of you might have access to a different calendar called "EWB Negev". This is an old calendar that is no longer in use, so please make sure you are viewing and editing the new and updated one. The reason I made a new calendar is because noon of the people who attended the last meeting had the permission to edit the old one. This is also the reason why now everyone can edit the new calendar.
