meeting summery 1/11/17

Our main agenda right now is getting ready for the visit. At that visit we will open the system for the winter and train the teenagers in maintenance of it. We wrote down the technical goals and objectives for first winter visit, and Rudri is writing them sown in the pre visit report. Other parts of the pre visit report are filled by the rest of the group (Matteo on equipment, Ron is on schedule ect.). Su is preparing a thermometers training for next meeting. To get a good equipment list Diana will talk to the teenagers to look around the kindergarten, system and take photos so we can plan our fix and materials.
Please fill in your part of the pre-visit report and send me before the meeting so by the meeting it will already been reviewed.
From community side the goals are less defined. We have 2 options, 1 is to use this visit to meet Ajeek and see how we can advance the cooperation. 2nd is to use this visit to survey the community and how they see us. Alon is meeting Karin the social worker that is specialized in communities and will try to help us further define our community approach. Also Alon ( J ) is talking to Amer about the visit and what does he think about Ajeek and the status of the system.
The visit is planned for next weekend, Nov. 17/18
