meeting summery 15/11/17

Attendees: Rudri, Matteo, Diana, Ron, Su, Re’em, Alon, Aviv

 

Unfortunately from the last talk we had with Amer it seems that he is not happy with the system and might want to take it out. We will meet with him in the coming visit and talked to him about that. Ron is making a document for planing to the talk with Amer and Rainda      

We planed the schedule for the visit with all the activities. We will meet with Amer and Raida (Re'em, Matteo, Aviv, and Diana) to talk about the system and future, Alon will talk to Amer to seen when possible. We also we'll meet representatives from Ajeek @ 10AM in the village, or before noon somewhere else Aviv is coordinating that after updating Adi.

Ron and Matteo are in charge on cleaning and fixing of the system, with the teen agers.

 Matteo will update the equipment list with the help of Rudri for fixing and cleaning the system. During the visit we will build a wind turbine model with the teenagers I'm coordinating with wind group the activities and one of them joining us to the visit. Matteo is checking if we can also make a sand-filled "snake" for door gap sealing with the teenagers. Diana is checking if a local student (Hiba) can join us.

New volunteers are joining next meeting, I sent an email to all of them but we want a personal welcoming as well. Diana will talk to 3 of them including one of new arab speaking volunteers that will help translate the thermometers ptt. Matteo is talking to one new volunteer that will help in researching the "sand-snake". I will talk to the rest. In the next meeting we are welcoming them with a small presentation of the group,
