meeting summery 5/09/17

· Reverse visit itinerary is written
· Previous community survey was reviewed and sent by Angle
· Not a lot of people showed up!
Meeting Summary:
We met as a small group . we talked mainly about the reversed visit. Angle reviewed the community assessment work that has been done in Dec. 2015. Including, home surveys, other kindergartens in the village and more. Back then they formed an excellent document about the community, everybody should read.
We set the itinerary for the visit, in terms of what kind of activities come when. Our main mission for next week is detailing the activities. Technical and Community teams.
There was a small turn-up at the meeting. If you think we should move days please contact me!
In terms of logistics we are still a bit in the dark, how the teenagers will get to the technion, food, budget and so on. If u have any ideas please share
Community Group:
A lot of work! Diana is incharge to distribute work
· Talk to village school manger about:
o When is it possible doing the visit?, school day or not?
o Can a teacher a company the youth?
o Can he suggest more young students from abu ashiba to join the group?
· Detail the activities – first what are the goals , and then how do we achieve them in the visit
· Start to think on how we assent the community when we visit?
o Should it include an prep activity with the youth during the visit?
Technical Group:
· Detail the activity – how we train the youth. Goals->activates
