The main achievements of the visit where discussed. Detailed review is on the post visit report, which we all going to work on. Also from the visit we have great pictures, Rudri will use them for publicity with guidance from the branch (Aviv ,set a meeting with her) and help from Alon. The gap wind barrier for the door was delivered for the kindergarten, Bea will think how to attach it to the inside of the door firmly so it will stay on the door when there is no one inside. Liv is on research for a better way sill between the wooden frames and the plexiglasses to be done next visit (which is not far away). Ron will assign members of tech team to suggest ways to secure the protective net to the vents, and find an ideal place for the thermometers.
We had a good meeting with Ajeek, with surprising good turnout, Oded from Ajeek got funding for a student to lead the teenagers group which is Amazing. Diana, Sahar and Shirly will try to look for applicants (students) for the scholarship and the program. Shirley will be gathering any questions that we need to ask Ajeec regarding the scholarship and the whole program, so any question that you can think of you can contact her. And if anyone know students from Ben-Gorion university that might lead us to applicants for the project it will be very helpful if you contact Diana, Sahar or Shirly.
Alon will talk to Amer to get a feedback on the system, if they can fill it heating the kindergarten.
Two weeks ago was the national EWB meeting at TAU, Aviv met with representatives from Ben-Gurion branch and they shared a cooling idea for the kindergarten, Tal will do some research on it and present it shortly to the group next meeting.
The next visit is coming soon, it is time with much work for the group, be on top of things, the last visit was successful but the prepping was not very good, we need to be more prepared and more time in advance for next visit.
