Meeting summery

Hi all, 

sorry for taking time sending it. meeting summery from last week meeting, Jan. 17

It was our first meeting at the new EWB room. It's a big upgrade, one floor above the old room.

Attended: Rudri, Diana, Ron, Re’em, Alon, Zeina, Tal, Sahar

Sahar talked to Raida who said that hot air is coming from one outlet of the system. Aviv talked to Oded from Ajeek who said that we need to start coordinating the plan for the youth group with the scholarship for next year a March. 2 more factors that we need to talk to are the teenagers group and Hiba the student from the village, Diana will talk to her. We have a goal to identify community activist in the village. We think that the students we know - Diana, Ajeek – Aviv (for now), hafuh al hafuh – Adi and local social workers - Alon can help. Also we mentioned Dr. Mahmud Al-Nabari (look him up) which we will talk about in the next meeting thinking how to approach him and how can he help us.

We did a status assessment of the community stake holders and our bond with them. Please type these in here (Rudri and Zeina I have a photo of your, send me an email and i'll send it to u), a google spread sheet in our new Google drive (that Bea and me set up) witch you are all welcome to join the user name is: nege...@gmail.com. (Ask for access and I'll approve).  

On the tech side we are looking on a spray-on isolation material introduce to us by Aviv. And to further investigate the performance of the system we want to examine the plexiglass covers transfer spectrum – how much of the energy coming from the sun goes through the cover. If u have any ideas how to that in the next visit contact me. 

I know it's a hard time in school, end of semester and all, we'll do a short meeting tomorrow.
