Important notes:

·         Preliminary vision writing

·         Time table all the way to end of winter

·         Log frame

·         Next big thing is a reversed visit of the abu ashiba teenagers at Technion!

 

Meeting Summary:

 

                We started working on the schedule for the summer all the way to the end of winter. We have a lot of exiting activities! But that mean a lot of work. The scheduale is tight and require that everybody put an effort. I hope I’ll have time over the weekend to make a proper time table and send to everybody.

To help us keep trek on goals and progress we are work Erodita (community) and Su (Tech) are working on a log frame of our current project to be presented next meeting. Attached are log frame example of Lalibela group and a tutorial.

In the next meeting we’ll have a final time table (Gantt) for the group.

Alon will work on checking Administrations issues (מנהלות) for the youth visit.

 

 

                Community Group:

Adi with the help of Angle are working on the plan for the youth visit at the technion.

We would like to write a newsletter to present ourselves and share our vision with the community

 

Technical Group:

                Matteo and Ron are working on the Tech time table. During the meeting we got a preliminary time table for community team.
