We talked about the status of the system at the kindergarten, what has been done and what should be done in the next visit. Su is planning how to reinforce the protective wire mesh of the in/outtakes. Liv is checking how we can achieve a better sill of the plexiglass to the wooden frame. Rudri will get boxes for the thermometers and get them ready to be placed on the next visit. Soon we will purchase more thermometers. Post visit report will help us conclude the visit, a link for an online report is added, please go in it and see if your name is on one of the parts, if u have a problem filling it contact me. Also as we talked we want to re-think the format, add remarks on the format if u want, do it so it's clear the it is a remark and not part of the report.

To find out if the system is working better now we want to hear from Raida what she thinks, Saher and Diana are trying to reach Raida directly or with help of someone from the youth group. Also Saher informed us that she managed to get in touch with a teacher from the high school witch might be able to help us to get info and access to the school's computers.
We have a lot of good photos from the visit, Rudri and Alon are going to publish them, Alon will write a short paragraph about the visit and the group, Zeina will translate to Arabic and Rudri will publish in the right places.
We been updated that because of budget problems the recruiting of a local student under a scholarship from Ajeek to lead the youth group is held up. We still talked about what content we want and can provided for the youth group. One thing is content from the EDC course, adapted properly. The second basis is following the wind turbine activities, providing content based on other groups of EWB Technion.
To make sure we stay on target and on our plan Zeina we'll start working and revive the time line for our activity up to the end of winter, including visits and their main goals.
Ron/Matteo will bring for next meeting the research topics for insulation, to see what we want to research deeper.
Next week meeting will be on Tuesday 18:30 or 19:30, I'll update on the beginning of next week.
