Like we talked about at the meeting I can add you as an administrator to our mailchimp account and from there you can see our past newsletters and copy and edit them as need be.  I can do this on Monday

I’m guessing we will be sending the invite via mailchimp?  Neal do you have a standard format or copy of a pervious email we’ve used?  If so, please send to me.  I’ll draft up the message using that as a go-by and send it to all of you for review early next week. R.A. Smith National will be the hosting site for the Kick-off Meeting on September 29^th, 2015. The room is reserved from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
