I had worked with Benjie this afternoon to try and get our website back up and running.  Long story short, we went with godaddy but after doing everything the $70 fee was only to ask them to get the domain back, but in fact they wouldn't be able to get it back because it's in Redemption right now.  I got them to refund the money.  And will let you know tomorrow what we can do next.  It might even involve going back to the original host.

Neal,

Thank you for procuring the refund for my account. I can’t imagine how this has become such a big deal…? What is the cost/timeframe to get the site back up with the original host?

As I understand it but will need to follow up with customer service reps, to go back with Register.com where it was hosted we can pay $120 for one year or $170 for 5 years for just the hosting fees, it wouldn’t include any software or website builder tools that would allow an average person to do the updating.
