Hello Everyone,

I am just checking in to see what the status is of the board seats for EWB-WPP's board of director's next term. I believe at the last meeting we had at Marquette we had set a July 1st determination deadline. At that time, I indicated I would remain on the board in my current capacity and others would seek out replacements to fill their spots if they decided not to commit for another term.

July 1st is fast approaching and although I have asked a few people to consider assuming a role on the board, I have not had a solid response from any of the individuals I have spoken to.

Please let me know how things are progressing and if we need to mount a stronger campaign.




In other news, the golf outing is this Friday - please let me know if you have secured any silent auction items and if you have, how we can get them. I sent out an email last week and haven't heard back from anyone...




Irina - thank you for getting the Collectivo basket again! I am back in the field again working upwards of 12 hours/day and getting down to Milwaukee may not be doable. Is there any way you could drop off the basket at my office in Brookfield or make arrangements to have it brought to the outing with someone who is going? Please let me know.




Also, can someone please send the current email password and the admin password for the website?

A couple of notes:
1. I'll stay on as treasurer unless someone is interested in the role.

2. I am happy to give the Colectivo basket to anyone heading to the golf outing from either downtown or Brown Deer area (I love downtown and work in brown deer). Going to Brookfield is a bit of a stretch for me at the moment.

Shae, Kim, anyone? Are you going to the golf outing? I'll drop off the box with you.

I don’t have any leads or anyone that I think is interested.  Mike volunteered at the last meeting to take the role of President or Vice President as I recall and Shea has said he would probably be interested in being president.  I think then the Board would be:

 

Pres:Shea

VP:Mike

Treasurer:Irina

Secretary:Benjie

TAC Chair:?

 

Heather and Kim are still interested in planning a few events in a year

And I can send newsletters every other month if we want.  I would probably ask student groups for updates to include and ask the Board for updates then on what is happening.

 

Benjie: I don’t know the password or login info for the website and I’ll send you info on our email.

I have access to the website. There isn't one login/pass. Basically you can invite people to have access to the page and then they make their own login/pass. If anyone wants access let me know.
