Hi Team
Let me know if you have feedback on how this is organized- I'm not
totally sure this is the best, but we can adjust as we go. Here are

meeting (March 24th, 6pm).

Kelly Isaacson:
Re-establish contact with UCSB, and tentative budget for the initial
trip

Kyle Shour:
Contact Mo S&T Bolivia Team about their project, research hydrology
and climate, funds

Felix Carles:
hydrology and climate

Mike Stromberg:
Other EWB chapter Bolivia projects, focus on their costs

Jared Funston:
Topography and available local resources

James Neeley:
Project details from other universities- specifically in Bolivia

Mike Griesmeyer:
Survey scope and type of other Bolivia projects

I've heard back from one of the Mo S&T Bolivia teams (of 2). I've
included a zip folder in the files portion of this site with her main
e-mail response to me, a fundraising presentation (more on this
below), and several figures (climate, hydrology, geology, etc.).

I've found several climate and hydrology and have done some very basic
analysis (if you can even call it that). I am also attaching a zip
folder contain notes I've taken in search of climate and hydrology
resources, some raw data for several gages in Bolivia from the early
1900s to the early 2000s, and a spreadsheet containing very basic
analysis for one gage. I selected this gage for basic analysis on the
basis of data extent for both temp and precip not because of
geographic vicinity to the Tsimane. The most promising sources are
related to NOAA. This includes the data I have provided as well as a
collection of historical documents published by the Bolivian
department of agriculture (entirely in spainish). I can discuss the
remaining basic climate and hydrology needs.

I have not sought out any funding. However, I have attached a
presentation prepared by students at Missouri University Science and
Technology (my undergrad alma mater). They have had great success
with EWB. The presentation was prepared for a national EWB conference
and will be VERY helpful to us.

Sorry for the late posting of this data. Hopefully, you have time to
skim anything that seems pertenant to you. I will have all this data
with me tomorrow if you would like to bring a flash drive.

Kyle
