Russell's site assessment findings have just been posted under
"Russell Rohloff's Comments". The photos he took are are in the Photo
Gallery.
Please review the information that Russell has provided as it will be
important for finalizing our design and completing the pre-
implementation report.
Let me know if you can't access something on this group so I can fix
it asap!

Russell sent us comments on the TAC presentation and as a response to
some of the questions that TAC asked.
I believe TAC will be sending us a list of questions or comments about
our implementation trip that we have to answer, so I will post those
as soon as I get them.

readings...let me know if you are working on those calculations or if
I need find someone else to do them

timeline, a more realistic timeline and various scenarios need to be
laid out, let me know what your next steps are and how I can help.
James, can you make your google docs available through the google
group somehow so everyone can see your calculations?
The Site Assessment Team is hard at work in Guatemala right now, and I
expect you all to show the same commitment. So let's keep
communication going and each prepare our portion of the work for when
the SA Team returns this weekend.
