good attitude

Hi team,

I thought that we had a very good meeting tonight. I've seen many
young volunteers/workers in developing countries become discouraged
and jaded after stumbling upon unforeseen complications, such as the
way that Don Ovidio (the coyote) scammed us with the land sale. It
was great to see how everyone kept a positive attitude given our
likely need for another site assessment and uncertain implementation
timeline. It didn't seem like anyone was really questioning their
involvement in the project after spending so much time working to
design the system at the old site. Instead, everyone seemed fully
focused on moving forward and seeing the many bright spots about the
site assessment team's visit.

I look forward to continuing working with all of you.
