On Saturday, May 15, EWB-PSU is volunteering at Habitat for Humanity's Jubilee Commons site in southeast Portland along with the EWB Portland Professionals chapter. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering students to network with professional engineers from the Portland community while doing some good.
We can bring up to 15 volunteers. There is a volunteer liability waiver attached to this email - the first 15 completed waivers submitted to Chad Norvell or to the EWB mailbox in the 2nd floor office will get to attend this volunteer session, so don't wait! We still have room, but waivers need to be in by this Friday, May 14th.
Information for Volunteers:
We're volunteering at Jubilee Commons, located at 635 SE 197th Ave. (0.2 miles north of the Ruby Junction MAX stop on the blue line). Please arrive between 8:15am and 8:30am. We will be working until 3:30pm. Then who knows, maybe we'll go out and get some beers, eh?
