Student language backgrounds at PSU
EWB-PSU
I am a graduate student in the Dept. of Applied Linguistics, and I'm
doing my MA thesis on student language backgrounds and writing at PSU.
I am looking for students to interview for this project, and would
like to know if EWB would post information about this study to its PSU
members, to see if anyone in EWB would be interested in contributing
to this research project. Specifically, I am looking to interview
students who grew up speaking another language besides English, moved
to the U.S. from another country at some point during childhood or
adolescence, and graduated from a U.S. high school.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about the language
backgrounds of PSU students in connection with identity and academic
experiences.

of EWB I would greatly appreciate it!
