Kimball 5K

Here is an update on the 5k.  Looks like more than 100 people are signed up for the race so far, and I would expect that there will be a bunch of last minute registrations too.  If you haven’t sent in your registration form yet, try to do so by Tuesday so that you can get a T-shirt.  The registration form is attached, and you can probably email it directly to Krista (krista....@kimballcorp.com) to make sure it gets there on time, then mail your check.

 

Remember that our team name is “EWB Pittsburgh” if you are running in the race.  You don’t have to run (or walk) to participate, so come join in the fun.

Hello!  As of late Friday afternoon, we have approximately 100 people signed up for the Kimball 5K on June 27^th!  While the pre-registration deadline was technically June 12^th, folks will still be guaranteed a t-shirt if I have your registration forms by Tuesday, June 16^th. 

 

Currently “The Supporters” team – made up from staff from Accounting, Executive Administration, IT, and HR is the team with the largest number of participants, and rumor has it that the Architecture team has a full-on fundraising effort trying to win the award for the team that raises the most money.  It’s not too late to enter a team and give any of the teams that have entered a little competition! 

 

Also, to support the 5K and Engineers Without Borders, we’ll be holding a jeans day on Friday, June 19^th.  See anyone on the list below to pay $3.00 to wear your jeans next Friday and help out this great organization. 

 

Don’t forget… anyone who participates in the 5K, volunteers or sponsors a team or individual is eligible to win TWO vacation days!  Again, if you have any questions about the Kimball 5K Challenge, please call me at extension 1364 or send me an email.
