EWB Mentorship: the Next Level and a Conference Call

Everyone,
I am pleased to announce that we are taking our mentorship initiative to the next level for EWB.
Nationals has taken an interest in our specialized mentorship approach and has recently given us the go-ahead to start a pilot program to see if our approach will assure the quality of our Tingo Pucara project.
In light of this new development, I would like to schedule a quick (say 30 minutes, tops) conference call to outline the roles, responsibilities, and goals of the mentors who would like to participate in the Tingo Pucara project. This includes those who plan on leading the Tingo Topic Teams as well as those who are able to commit less time to the project but are still interested in being involved on some level.
If you're still deciding whether or not to become a mentor, this will be a great opportunity to figure out whether you want to be involved and in what capacity.
