Announcing Honduras Technical Meetings

We are going to try something different here.
We will be collaborating on the technical aspect of the Honduras project
over the internet between 6PM and 8PM. This should be sufficient
nerdage that allows us to work on the Honduras project goals.

We may be using teamviewer.com as a screensharing platform, so be
