9/14 Meeting Minutes

Hey Team,

Here are the minutes from todays meeting:

* General *

- Meeting was located in the UCI Plaza.. besides the rumbling trash can man and the throngs of girls that passed by, the locations was pretty sweet!  (attached are some photos)

- Truck (a software PM) from Anaheim Hills came by the meeting today

* Travel *

- Scheduled Travel Date is in late January / early February

* Tech Team *

- The tech team is meeting every Wednesday at 7:30pm via Skype.  

- An alternative should be chosen by next week

* Fundraising *

- The struggle goes on to find a fundraising lead, but Modesto is currently kicking butt!

- We defined different strategies to encompass friends, vendors, and corporations

- By next week, responsible parties should come prepared with the needed materials / process for each one

* Action Items *

Israel - find a new meeting location (contact the board)

Israel - organize vendor fundraising package

Konstantin - organize corporate fundraising package

James - organize friends / family fundraising package

James - contact education group about reviewing package strategies

Modesto - acquire list of corporations
