Thanks for all who came to our meeting at the Spectrum this last Tuesday!  Here is a recap for those that attended and those that unfortunately missed it!

* There is a marketing meeting today not the general meeting!

Donation Ideas Continued!

We extrapolated out on all the ideas we had proposed last week:

* Grants

** We are still going to pursue these however we cannot depend on them for our upcoming implementation trip.  

** We definitely need help though getting these ready for the long term, want to help ? =)

* Conferences 

** We are going to start looking for conferences and user groups where we can spread our message to get people excited about our project.

** We will be filling the calendar located here http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=h8u31nbmgdouq3jgo8u6qujl0s%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/Los_Angeles

** If you know any conferences or user groups which might work for us, feel free to contact us and we'll give you access to the calendar or just pop it on there

* Vendor Donations

** Israel will report to use next meeting with all the needed materials so we can start hounding down vendors to help with the equipment needed

** If you've got connections, we need you!

* Social networking

** We are going to try to make some kind of catchy viral video that will help us inform people of our project

** If you got ideas, we are going to have a great time sharing them this next meeting!

Marketing

* Modesto is redefining our marketing approach and letters we are going to send out to people

* We will send you all a copy for review in the next week!

Business Opportunities

* Chris , Israel, and I are all going to the Start Up Day conference in Seattle (http://startupday.com)

* We have matching outfits with sunglasses

* We catwalked in the spectrum at the last meeting
