7/30 Meeting Minutes

Thank you to all of those that sent emails about the different ideas to help our project with fundraising and marketing.  We used those to have a very productive meeting.  The top 4 ideas are:

Vendor Donations (Israel)

Foundation/Corporate Grants (Modesto)

Public Conference Presence (Konstantin)

Internet Fundraising (James)

Next meeting each person will be discussing a strategy for each idea.  To see all the ideas take a look at this google spreadsheet that we were using as a whiteboard during the meeting:

We only had 4 people at this last meeting, and each person contributed greatly to the meeting and future of our project.  But we need more help and more people.  If you have any time, please come to our meetings or just call in over the phone (thats what I do =) )

Let's all make a BIG effort to publicize the meeting and draw in new and current members!  Project team leads, please forward to your people and be ready to speak for 2 minutes about updates and how new members can get involved.
