9/14 Meeting @ the UCI Food Court

Hello Team!

Our next meeting is this Monday at the UCI Food Court at 6:30pm (directions below).  If your company has a place for a meeting, please let us know!  Here are some important things to note:

* Education Team (4 people) and Technical Team (5 people) will be traveling in February

* Technical Team will finish the design by October 19th

* We still have room on the technical team, so if you are a guru, please join up and you can travel down with us to Honduras!

At this coming meeting, we will be flushing out the fundraising process.  We set up some action items to get completed by this week.. and here they are just as a reminder:

James - Draft fundraising letters and emails for tech companies and vendors

James - Report on travel team

Modesto - Find contact information of tech companies in the area

David - Pass water project info on to Julie

David - Find info about local festivals
