Our application was submitted and has been received! Everyone who
contributed did a fantastic job of finding, organizing, and presenting
information. Thank you!!!
Now, we'll wait to hear more instructions from EWB-USA's Project
Manager. Erick, our mentor, and I will be giving a teleconference
presentation of the assessment trip application that we submitted on
the 9th of July.
Now, our focus is to prepare for the trip. This means serious
fundraising efforts, technical learning and training, health
preparation (vaccines, CPR/First Aid, etc), cultural and Spanish
lessons, and all other aspects of the trip that need to be covered.
Technical coordinators, please think about the tasks to be completed
until the trip, organize some plans, and hold meetings at least once
per week, starting this week, if possible.
Our general meeting will be this Wednesday, June 27, at 7 pm in ISTB2
265 - if we won't have access to this room at that time, then we'll
meet in the floating room in the same building. The meeting will
definitely end at 8 pm at the latest.

Hey guys,
Sorry to do this twice in a row, but I'm not going to be able to make either the general or technical meetings this week. My lab got pushed off to tonight and my final is on Friday. But I'll soon have my evenings free from homework! So feel free to still assign me anything that needs to get done.
Later,
Cori
