Hello, everyone.

We will meet for the last time on Saturday, August 4, 10 am in ISTB2 265, before our travel team departs for Ecuador the next day, August 5.  This meeting is for everyone in EWB-ASU, not just the travel team.

The following will be done at the meeting (in the order listed):

For everyone:
1) A presentation given by Jake about the culture, history, and politics of Tsuraku
2) Group photographs ( of everyone in EWB, not just the travel team!).  Comb your hair.

For the travel team specifically (but anyone is welcome to hangout and observe):
3) Basic wilderness first aid training given by Mark
4) PACKING: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!  Everyone on the travel team should pack their bags with everything he/she intends to bring on the trip BEFORE Saturday's meeting, then bring your packed bags to the meeting.  We will be weighing the bags, adding more supplies to the bags, and possible rearranging packed items to ensure that everything we need to take fits and the bags are within the weight limit.
5) Turn in all outstanding documentation - see Mark's documentation list

I am really happy about how enthusiastic, dedicated, and organized everyone has been in preparing for this trip.  We have an awesome group!

See you on Saturday.

Ayla
