meetnig summary and action items

Hey Project Team,
Thanks for attending last night's meeting.
Action items are:
- altering the individual letter/email to tailor it to your family and friends
- sending it out as quickly as possible (I have envelopes and stuff
if you need 'em)
- contacting your own dept chair or dean to ask for departmental
support for YOU for the project (this is easier than it sounds, but
take the promotional materials we have thus far with you) Remember,
the keywords are Globally Engaged
- Ayla, cc me on emails to Eric and Steve

I'll start working on a more technical, detailed document. You guys
can engineer it up and then we'll have it for the engineering firms.
