Your Google Account also makes it easy for you to sign in to third-party apps safely and quickly so your preferences go with you even beyond Google.
Your Google Account automatically protects your personal information and keeps it private and safe. Every account comes with powerful features like spam filters that block 99.9% of dangerous emails before they ever reach you, and personalized security notifications that alert you of suspicious activity and malicious websites.
We cannot process your application online if the responsible party is an entity with an EIN previously obtained through the Internet. Please use one of our other methods to apply. See How to apply for an EIN. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you believe your organization qualifies for tax exempt status (whether or not you have a requirement to apply for a formal ruling), be sure your organization is formed legally before you apply for an EIN. Nearly all organizations exempt under IRC 501(a) are subject to automatic revocation of their tax-exempt status if they fail to file a required annual information return or notice for three consecutive years. When you apply for an EIN, we presume you're legally formed and the clock starts running on this three-year period.
Example: Your organization applies for an EIN in November 2023 and chooses a December accounting period. Your first tax period would end on December 31, 2023, and your first return or notice (if your organization does not meet one of the few exceptions to the annual reporting requirement) would be due May 15, 2024. You would be subject to automatic revocation of your exemption if you fail to file for the three periods that end December 31, 2025 (return/notice due May 15, 2026) or for any consecutive three-year period thereafter.
We strongly encourage you to submit your change of address to USCIS through a USCIS online account. We strongly recommend using certified, registered, or return receipt mail when sending your Form AR-11. This will give you proof that you mailed the form to us.
You should also isolate if you are sick and suspect that you have COVID-19 but do not yet have test results. If your results are positive, follow the full isolation recommendations below. If your results are negative, you can end your isolation.
Note: If your antigen test results1 are positive, you may still be infectious. You should continue wearing a mask and wait at least 48 hours before taking another test. Continue taking antigen tests at least 48 hours apart until you have two sequential negative results. This may mean you need to continue wearing a mask and testing beyond day 10.
After you have ended isolation, if your COVID-19 symptoms recur or worsen, restart your isolation at day 0. Talk to a healthcare provider if you have questions about your symptoms or when to end isolation.

This label is already activated, so simply attach it to your shoebox. Take care not to cover the barcode with tape or damage it in any way as this can affect scanning. If your label is ripped or separated from the shoebox in the packing process, it may prevent us from letting you know where your gift will be delivered to a child in need.
A set of 50 adhesive labels will make your packing parties even easier! After shoebox gifts are uniquely packed and prayed over, just apply a label and mark the correct gender and age of the intended recipient. If you want to Follow Your Box and discover the destination of your shoebox, these QR-coded labels allow you to easily donate to activate and enable the tracking feature. Entire packs of 50 labels can be activated by scanning or entering the nine-digit code on one label.
