ewa-0.62.2 released

Hi --

I've released ewa-0.62.2, which is the same as the previous release,
but with a bundled copy of PLY. If you have a working installation
and don't plan to upgrade your system-wide install of PLY, you have no
reason to upgrade, but use the new release for new installs.
