ewa having problems finding intros and outros

Hello, first of all I would like to start by thanking you for all your
help.
My problem now is that ewa can find my intro and outro files.
An entry in the log file states, that ewa can find the files.
The odd thing is that these files are present in the extra/masters
directory

When you request a file:
http://labs.streamguys.net/01.mp3

The combined file gets created, but without an intro
or outro.

My extra/masters dir is as follows:
[root@labs masters]# pwd
/var/www/html/mp3audio/extra/masters
[root@labs masters]# ls -l
-rwxr-xr-x 1 ewa ewa 35109 Jun 12 13:58 intro.mp3
-rwxr-xr-x 1 ewa ewa 40438 Jun 12 13:58 outro.mp3
[root@labs masters]#

My rule config file is pretty simple

*:
pre:[intro.mp3]
post:[outro.mp3]
default

I will also attach the complete log file.

Not a profound problem:

  cd /var/www/html/mp3audio
  mv masters master

I do get confused about when to use singular and when to use plural.  If you see a mistake in the docs about this, please let me know!
