$20 startup charge?

I did a successful test charge at the River Road Tesla chargers last week.  I just got a couple of dollars of power.   That’s what it showed on my Tesla ap but when I looked at my charge card, there was a $20 charge in addition to the $2.01 for power.  I confess to not having read the fine print but don’t remember signing up a discount membership.  Did anyone else using an adapter get this?

 

The charger worked great.  I got about 95kw for the short time I was connected.

Likely a hold on the CC, it should be "pending" and reverse in a day or two.
