Anil Anto (Prithviraj) and his wife Amala (Chandini) move to Kochi from Kottarakkara at a time when Anil loses his job. He starts a security firm with his friend Rajeev (Balu Varghese), but they fail to find any customers. One day, they witness a robbery at a jewellery shop and catch one of the robbers, who reveals that he is part of a gang led by Darwin (Chemban Vinod Jose), a notorious local goon. Darwin and his gang are involved in various illegal activities such as extortion, smuggling, and contract killing.
Anil and Rajeev decide to use this opportunity to get some publicity for their firm and approach Darwin for a deal. They offer to return the robber in exchange for some money and a share in Darwin's business. Darwin agrees, but he also has a hidden agenda. He wants to eliminate his rival, Gorilla Bhai (Sudheer Karamana), who is trying to take over his territory. He plans to use Anil and Rajeev as pawns in his scheme.
However, things go awry when Anil and Rajeev realize that they have been duped by Darwin. They try to escape from his clutches, but end up in more trouble. They also discover that Darwin has a personal vendetta against Anil, who had unknowingly injured him in a road accident. Darwin decides to take revenge on Anil by kidnapping Amala and torturing her.
Anil, with the help of his friends and a police officer named Manoharan (Soubin Shahir), manages to rescue Amala and confront Darwin. He challenges Darwin to a fight, where he defeats him and spares his life. Darwin realizes his mistakes and apologizes to Anil. He also decides to reform himself and his gang members. The film ends with Anil and Amala reconciling their differences and living happily.
