ADVIT Moldova is looking for the EVS volunteers for the following hosting projects starting July- end of November 2011 for 6-12 months.� All the project are situated in the capital of Moldova – Chisinau.�
1. Promo-Lex Association is non-governmental organization whose mission is to contribute to development of democracy in Republic of Moldova through facilitating the access to the Human Rights protection for the citizens and civil society strengthening in Republic of Moldova.�
The volunteer will get the opportunity to get involved in the various aspects of PROMO-LEX’s activities:
1. Writing applications and managing projects: seminars, study visits, conferences;
2. Following European policy developments in the Moldovan youth sector; the compilation of the PROMO-LEX newsletter and the updating of the PROMO-LEX website;
3. Assisting in finding partners and creating new projects in the Europe and the rest of the world;
4. Assisting with research projects;
5. Managing a clear-cut project in line with his/her skills, personal interests and goals;
6. Developing his/her own idea or initiative.�
2.Alliance Fran�aise
�is registered charitable organization, Alliance Fran�aise in Moldova is dedicated to promoting the use of French and the appreciation of cultures that share the French language in their common heritage.�
It’s a part of international network. Alliance Fran�aise promotes communication between cultures through an exceptional environment: language classes, lectures, a photography gallery, as well as various cultural activities such as concerts, plays, and art exhibitions which together contribute to create an open cultural exchange.
The volunteers will have the opportunity to get involved in various aspects of ALLIANCE FRANCAISE DE MOLDAVIE’s activities, such as:
-Trying to raise awareness of the organisation by developing for example the quality of the contact with the public and by helping in the implementation of the projects scheduled during the year.
- The volunteer will also manage there own personal project, such as arranging seminars, study visits and conferences, which focus on democracy in Moldova and greater awareness of human rights issues.�
- The volunteer will assist with research projects. -The volunteer will manage a clear-cut project in line with their skills, personal interests and goals
3.Young Artists Association Obrlicht�
-������ Oberliht Association aims to mobilize the young artists in order to improve their professional skills, to grant the support so that they could assert themselves in the local and international contemporary art ambience.�
-������ The volunteer will be:�
-������ - helping to run the CHIOSC project :(http://www.oberliht.org.md/chiosc.html) ,�
-������ - help running the ARThotel, a gallery space in Chisinau coordinated by Oberliht Association (schedule to be established in relation to each exhibition/event);�
-������ - assisting the artists/curators in residency in Chisinau (helping them to realize their artistic projects) as part of artist in residency program;
-������ - preparation and implementation of public events, technical assistance (meetings, film screenings, presentations etc.) in CHIOSC and ARThotel, coordination of different activities and events;�
-������ - public relations (distribution of posters, promotional materials);�
-������ - graphic design: creation of posters / flyers;�
All selected volunteer will have the following practical arrangements during their service (more details pls see in our National profile attached):
Accommodation: single room with shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet in the rented flat together with other EVS volunteers from different countries or single room with shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet in the host family.�
Food: Food allowance will be received from ADVIT Moldova.�
Local transport: Monthly transportation card will be provided.�
Language courses: Intensive course upon arrival plus 30 hours of the language lessons with the private teacher is provided. Volunteers can choose what language to learn Romanian or Russian.�
On-arrival training and midterm evaluation:�
