We are confident that Green Circle Demolition can handle any demo big or small. We refer business to them for that reason through Chris Maier. Sharp gentleman. Chris always returns calls, follows procedures from the time he quotes the project, to pulling the permit, to the time the team start and ends demos. Another amazing thing is they recycle a ton of materials. Green circle is truly Green. High recommend this company!
A co-operative effort brought together neighboring municipalities and the people of Portage County to create this 27-mile greenway that follows a route around the entire Stevens Point Area. This is a great place to bike, hike, jog, or ski (weather permitting).
I just now upgraded from Ubuntu 22.10 to Ubuntu 23.04 using the GUI upgrade tool.Since the upgrade, little green circles with numbers have appeared in the upper right corner of some of the icons in the Dock. For example:
Sometimes when trying to take photo the camera refuses to focus (get green focus lights but then camera defocuses and then refocuses but doesn't 'hold' focus) and on the bottom left of the screen there is a Green Circle with 2 green 'echoes' around it, what does this mean, probably indicating some problem with the shot but I cannot figure it out??? any ideas??? Thanks

Note: Some functional class listings contain both green circle and yellow triangle chemicals because the yellow triangle chemicals fill a functional need not met by the available green circle chemicals. For example, yellow triangle preservatives are needed to meet the full range of antimicrobial efficacy, and yellow triangle solvents are needed to meet restrictions on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in certain product classes.
Not sure how widespread this is, but I didn't have any troughs enabled, and I had this come up on every single trough. Have to go through and "hide" twice for each one to make it go away. Relog and it's back. Tried leaving some hidden and some not hidden, tried destroying and replacing. Still, every time I come back, big green circles everywhere.
So always try to go for a small circle if you really want to optimise your catch rate. There is no point to waste time to get the best catch rate for a CP10 Pidgey and 200 normal Pokéballs in your backpack. For a rare pokemon with an already low catch rate( inner circle is orange or red) you should make sure that every thrown pokeball has the best catch rate. After a bit of practice you will get a feeling how far you can stretch the timing.
Hitting the green circle is always better than hitting the white outside circle, so if you don't want to waste too many balls, just go for the larger green circle. As you said, it won't give you as high a chance, but it's still better than missing the smaller one.
If you feel that you're pretty good and consistent with your throws, you should probably go for 'great' throws (when the circle is not large but not small either). Otherwise if consistency is a problem, then just stick to the large circle. That's what I do anyway

A solid blue circle with two white arrows going in a circle means that your file or folder is in the process of syncing. This includes when you are uploading new files to Dropbox or updating existing files in your Dropbox account.
A white circle with a green border and a green checkmark means that a file or folder in the Dropbox folder on your desktop was opened (directly or with a third-party application) and synced. It also represents files uploaded from the computer you are using.
As part of the expansion, Boonekamp says the leadership team invested in a new water room with a pump and filtering system to recycle more water than ever before. In order to produce high-quality plants, high-quality water is needed. As part of their focus on sustainable growing practices, Green Circle relies on rainwater, which is collected from the roof of each greenhouse. They also have plans to install a woodchip filter to remove pathogens from the water. The orchids already use a similar system, but a new filter will be used for tropicals, foliage plants, and succulents, too.
Green Circle Growers is a fully integrated horticulture provider, says Max Sherer, Chief Growth Officer, due to two other companies under the same family ownership. The family also owns Express Seed Company, which offers seeds, cuttings, plugs and liners from breeders and brokers around the world, and Fresh2U Transportation and Logistics, which ensures timeliness, temperature control, and top-tier care for live goods from greenhouses, nurseries, and growers.
Green Circle is actively engaged with its local community. Employees visit schools to teach children about horticulture and their career options, and students are invited to the greenhouses for tours. The focus is not just on growing, Boonekamp says. Students learn about other careers in horticulture too, like marketing and operations.
Each organization has its own compensation philosophy, which in turn determines its pay ranges. No matter what philosophy is used to set those pay ranges, organizations must make sure that those upper and lower pay boundaries are respected and followed. Identifying and properly addressing green- and red-circled employees can ensure that both external and internal equity are preserved in a harmonious balance.
Before an audit begins, your company will evaluate the market and analyze the pay ranges for your industry. After establishing the ranges, look at employee salaries and see who falls above or below the range for their position. Overpaid employees fall into the red circle category and underpaid employees fall into the green circle.
Those in the red circle are paid over the average salary range in your industry. In other terms, they are likely being paid more than their position is worth. Employees who fall into this category could end up here for a variety of reasons, including managers caught in an organizational restructuring or long-time employees who were receiving annual wage increases.
Red-circle employees cost more than their value, but the process of changing that is delicate. Possible solutions include lowering salaries (uncommon), implementing a salary freeze until cost-of-living rates increase or encouraging employees to train for certifications that will increase their company worth.
Employees might end up in this circle due to a promotion without a wage increase or simple restructuring. Those in the green circle do not cost your company as much as red-circle employees, but they are potentially more dangerous. Since green-circle employees are making less than the industry average, there is potential for discrimination-related issues.
While it is not illegal to pay workers below the industry average, a discrimination lawsuit could be filed if only certain people fall into the green circle. Even if the circumstance was coincidental, the position leaves your company vulnerable. This is why wage and hour audits are important.
Regardless of your method, wage and hour audits are a critical practice for any organization. The red and green circles strategy is an example of how to identify improperly compensated employees and protect your company. Any method will do as long as you take a careful look at the industry salary ranges and employee compensation figures.
