Hi folks,

Don Parker is in the hospital for 2-3 days with pneumonia and A-fib realities, so please check Monday night or Tuesday morning on here with updates about Tuesday Study Group. Besides canceling or having Joyce try to lead in the midst of all this, someone else could facilitate the discussion. I would be willing, as Steve has to get to the City Council meeting on the Nexus pipeline. 

I'm not sure yet what Joyce and Don's desires are...and this need not be on their radar at this point! But please check here for an update before coming on Tuesday night.

And do keep Don in your prayers...thank you...

Mary and Tues. group,

Thank you for the offer of leading Tues. eve., Mary!  I think I will accept that offer so I am freer to be with Don.  He likes company.  I will drop off the pretzel and grape snack to the church kitchen. ....along with a candle.

 

I think that fancy little rock candle is now leaking its oil and I don’t have time to “fix it”.  

 

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers!  Don is getting IV fluids and respiratory treatments. The pneumonia is viral and in one lobe, the bronchitis continues. Temp. is normal. Atrial fibrilation corrected itself so the cardiac aspect is not a problem now (likely due to the stress of the week long illness and his tendency for that).
