short talk on Ludwig von Bertalanffy

Dear all,

 

I'd like to invite you to a short lecture on Ludwig von Bertalanffy, an early Systems-oriented Biologist. 

The occasion is a visit by a US Bertalanffy scholar, Elisabeth O'Neil from Yale University, who is writing her PhD Thesis on Bertalanffy, and using also the Archive of the Zoological Collection (where Bertlanffy's nachlass is stored) for that purpose.

 

the talk will be on Thursday, 11:30 am in SR 5.1 (UBB, take staircase 1 to the 5th floor)
