Discipline and Devotion Online Workshop - Feb. 6th

If you are aiming to achieve new goals in 2024, then Discipline + Devotion are two important ingredients. In this workshop we will dive into some empowering practices to activate more of these energies in our lives.

I will lead a potent Guided Meditation to help you harmonize your Mind/Body/Spirit system, so you can get clear on HOW you can cultivate more DISCIPLINE and also tune into your "WHY" aka the mission that you are DEVOTED to, which will keep you motivated to keep working on it.

Why am I leading this workshop? I have had the challenging, yet empowering conundrum of Chronic Pain in my body since I was 17 years old. This has essentially forced me to cultivate immense DISCIPLINE on a daily basis. Since 2011, I have had a daily Morning Practice, usually consisting of walking outside, doing yoga, strength training, and empowering Affirmations. These practices have helped IMMENSELY in decreasing the pain in my body, and have led to permanent healing of many past traumas and health challenges.

I also feel a strong duty and desire to contribute towards The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible, as my friend and mentor Charles Eisenstein describes it. I have seen glimpses of the possibilities when we co-create and collaborate together, and I am sincerely DEVOTED to giving 110% towards helping build this new reality. In this workshop I intend to provide a space for you to CLAIM and AFFIRM what Disciplines you plan to implement in your life, in the areas of Movement, Diet, Sleep, Relationships, and Soul Purpose.

It will also be recorded, so if you want to get the replay, please reach out to me. Lastly, everyone who participates live and gets the replay will have the option to be a part of a private Facebook group chat to keep the energy, encouragement and momentum going for at least 1 month following the workshop.
