ECSTATIC DANCE :

Join us for a one-of-a-kind ecstatic dance journey as we close the year together with music, movement, and inner reflection. 

“Reflections” is a celebration of our shadows and our light, a night to dive deep, dance freely, and express fully. 

More than just a dance—it's a communal experience to honor the highs and lows of 2024 and embrace who we've become.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, expressive movement practice where participants are invited to dance without choreography, allowing the music to guide them. It offers a unique, judgment-free space for physical exercise, emotional release, and creative expression. Beyond fitness, it provides a chance to connect deeply with oneself and others, fostering a sense of freedom, grounding, and community.

The 8th annual New Years Goal Setting Mastermind is scheduled!

This mastermind is designed to take you through a process that will help you start the new year with clarity, confidence, and excitement. During the mastermind, participants will be answering individual journal prompts, brainstorming with other participants, and developing a game plan for the coming year. At the conclusion of the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding and written out plan covering the following:

1. A review of the previous year (2024) including the major high-points, low-points, and lessons learned.

2. An in-depth look at how you are doing in the present in major areas of your life including your health, career, finances, relationships, and more.

3. A written-out plan for 2025, including SMART goals, as well as a vision & theme for the new year.

What will I need to participate in the workshop?

- A printed-out workshop packet (will be provided)

- Something to write with

- Access to your calendar, social media accounts, email, photos, and anything else that can help remind you of what you were doing at different points throughout 2023 (this will be used during the previous year review)

- An open-mind, and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone

- Please show-up on time as it will be difficult to jump in after the event has commenced

· Location: The event will be in Lawrenceville, the exact address will be provided to participants the week before the event.

New Year, New Story

Each day we wake up, we are telling ourselves a STORY, whether consciously or unconsciously. This story builds upon the statements : This is who I am. This is how I fit into the world. This is what is possible for my life...  

But the way we live our Personal Story can change IF we take actions daily to begin embodying a new story. In this interactive, online workshop, I will lead the group through a Guided Meditation which will help you to harmonize Mind-Body-Spirit and increase your ability to perceive more possibilities for your life in 2025. We will also explore some powerful practices to shift towards our desired future. In all of my online workshops, there is a great group energy and a co-created space of encouragement.
