This Wednesday, Sept. 25th, I'll be the Guest Speaker at Pittsburgh Tub Club, which is a great community that gathers every Wed. in Spring Hill on the North Side to immerse in Ice Cold water for the many health benefits. It may sound a little crazy (and it is) but it's definitely worth experiencing at least once to see for yourself. 

It starts at 6:30pm at the Brady Memorial Home : 1151 South Side Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15212

I'll be speaking on the topic of the Invisible Path, inspired by this amazing essay from Charles Eisenstein. I will also be sharing some Slam Poetry to inspire the group. Please join us if you feel inspired!
