Aire & Sol - Concert at the Lighthouse in Wilkinsburg - Sunday Sept. 7th

Aire & Sol is one of my favorite musical duos on the planet! They are traveling from their home in Florida. We are putting together this concert on short notice, but we hope you'll consider joining us at the Lighthouse in Wilkinsburg for this wonderful community event.

If you've enjoyed any other events or concerts I've hosted, I'm confident that you will benefit from the positive energy and healing vibrations that Michael and Nicole of Aire & Sol bring to their concerts.

Tickets are limited to 25 seats, so please message me on Social Media or email me : KevinMay...@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Tickets are on a sliding scale of 15-25$, and I can accept all payment apps, or cash at the door. Venmo : @Kevinmay222 , Cashapp : $Kevinmay222, for PayPal or Zelle, my email is Phil...@gmail.com

Additionally if you are unable to come, but feel inspired to sponsor a ticket for someone with low income, and help independent musicians, please reach out to me.

Doors open at 5pm, and the opening circle is at 5:45pm so please arrive by then. There is plenty of street parking, but please don't park in front of the house 1 up the hill from the Lighthouse. Also, please bring a pillow and/or mat to sit on. This is a family friendly event, and no need to buy a ticket for kids 13 and under, but we asked that kids be supervised.

The Lighthouse is a private residence which has hosted various wonderful community events over the past few years. We keep the address private, so if you would like to come, please DM me on Facebook or email me : KevinMay...@gmail.com

MIND. BODY. MONEY
Sunday August 31st - Metta : A Healing Arts Community - 5118 Penn Ave.
A movement-based workshop to unpack your money story & shift it with your whole being. Transform your financial future from the inside out.

What if your beliefs about money aren’t just in your mind, but living in your body?

Your money stories live as patterns of energy in your nervous system. These patterns shape how you think, feel, and act, and your actions create your financial reality. When you explore these patterns with your body & breath, you can start to shift them. This is where real change begins: from the inside out. You are not defined by your past, your upbringing, or your experiences with money. This is your chance to start fresh.

Join Somatic Expressive Arts Therapist Alyssa Jurewicz Johns and Money Mindset Coach GianCarlo Lies for a one-of-a-kind workshop that blends mindset work with movement & reflection. Because changing your relationship with money takes more than spreadsheets.

This isn’t a finance class. No pie charts. No budgets. No shame. Just your body, your story, and some curious exploration.

We’ll uncover hidden beliefs like “Money is the root of all evil” or “I’m just not good with money.” Through journaling, group sharing, simple movement & relational play, you’ll learn where those stories came from, and how to start letting them go.

Whether you’ve been hustling for years or are just beginning to unpack your money mindset, this is your invitation to get curious (not critical), and take a new step forward.

Deep Work : Embodied Facilitation - Online Course w/ Tricia Chirumbole

Starts Sept. 6th

2 MINUTE VIDEO ABOUT THE COURSE

You are warmly invited to participate in a 6-wk Online Learning Journey w Peer Practice & Support - Please see below for dates and times. Payment Plans available - DM Trish! Who is this for?
Do you feel the call to hold deep, transformative space? Are you a coach, facilitator, healer, or community organizer who wants to go beyond traditional facilitation and honor the embodied experience and wisdom within a group?
This course provides actionable, embodied techniques to create transformative containers, helping groups connect deeply and navigate brave conversations with integrity. It's an evolutionary practice of collective regulation and embodied coherence.
What We'll Do : This course blends theory with hands-on practice. We will:
Prepare for Deep Work: Develop inner resources and anchors to co-create a field for deep work.
Embody the Collective: Learn nervous system regulation techniques for yourself and the group, exploring co-regulation to build resilience.
Practice with an Inclusive Lens: Apply trauma-informed and accessibility-informed principles, supporting consent and choice within diverse nervous systems and engagement styles.
How This Course Will Change Your Work:
This journey will transform your approach to holding space, moving you from a facilitator who "does" to a guide who "is." By the end, you will have the capacity to:
Navigate with Resilience and Awareness: Skillfully navigate group dynamics and challenging moments, drawing on your own regulated system.
Cultivate Brave and Inclusive Spaces: Honor the full spectrum of diversity, supporting a container where people can grow at their edges, not just avoid discomfort.
Empower Collective Wisdom: Work with the group as a whole system to honor diverse voices and guide them toward a deeper sense of connection.
Sustain Your Impact: This will become a regenerative practice, helping you prevent burnout and feel more connected to your purpose.
