Join us this Friday August 2nd at the beautiful Attack Theatre in Lawrenceville (super sweet dance floor designed for professional dancers and cool lighting!) 

This dance is also a big hug and thank you to beloved community member, Alyssa Lukach, who will be leading us into a heart opening movement journey one more time before she embarks on the next phase of her journey as a student at Columbia Theological Seminary in NYC! If you haven't met Alyssa, I believe your heart will be touched and softened by spending an evening in the sweet space she helps to create

"Focus on PROGRESS, not PERFECTION" has been a very helpful mantra for me over the years. In this Workshop we will explore the 6 Keys of a Holistic Lifestyle : Healthy Sleep, Holistic Diet, Exercise/Movement, Relationships, Career/Soul Mission, and Spirituality. 

I firmly believe that having a good balance between these 6 areas leads to a beautiful life. But chances are, at least one of these areas is not where you would like it to be. Within this workshop, we will focus on creating new daily habits, and working on being 1% better in the focused areas. In the same way that an ACORN grows into an OAK TREE, with slow, steady progress, we can do the same in our personal growth.

If that resonates with you, then I invite you to join us at the beautiful Grandview Park on Mt. Washington on Monday August 12th for a fun and interactive workshop to help us all on our Holistic Level-Up. I will lead the group the Guided Meditation for you to cultivate a state of empowerment, and then we will move into some fun practices to embody a more holistically balanced version of ourselves. 

Following the workshop, all participants are invited to participate in the 30-day : 1% Better Challenge and Private Facebook Group Chat, to encourage each other on our goals, and stay connected for the 30 days following the workshop.

4-7pm at First United Methodist Church : 5401 Centre Ave in Shadyside

Everyone is welcome to come to this event, whether you know Matt personally, or not. If you've ever been to an event that I've hosted, then I consider you as part of my Pittsburgh community. Matt has been humbly serving the Pittsburgh community for many years, and now, in his time of need, I'm calling on all of you beautiful beings, to come share your presence and bring some positive energy to him and his family.

In the spirit of community healing, join us for an evening of musical medicine to nourish our hearts and souls, and to focus intentions for Matt Gaitens’ healing.

- Song circle facilitated by Kevin May

- Open drum and dance circle

Prayer and proceeds will support Matt and his journey to overcome cancer through alternative and holistic methods.

Chances R Good played his first souled out show in Pittsburgh last year in October and we are excited to welcome him and his beautiful family back, at a larger venue for Round #2!

Chances R Good, hailing from Crestone, CO creates metaspiritual RnB and Folk-Hop acoustic music that is perfect for family gatherings. His sound is upbeat and positive, designed to get everyone dancing and celebrating together. Rooted in the spirit of gratitude, his music brings joy and connection to the community.

The Venue is the First United Methodist Church - 5401 Centre Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15232. Please enter at the side entrance on Centre Ave. There is a parking lot entrance also on Centre Ave, next to the Wendy's. Street parking is also available. Please bring a small mat and pillow to sit on. Chairs will also be available. 

Doors open at 6:30pm. Please arrive between 6:30 and 7pm, so you can be settled in for the Opening Circle at 7pm.
