Also, one of our community members Sara Montgomery is going through a tough legal battle to retain custody of her son. She and her sons have been a part of many community events over the past 2 years. Please check out this Fundraiser and contribute if you can.

Love Mob Event - Friday Dec. 20th - Tentative Details, more TBA : 

Love Mob at South Hills Village. Come out to protest consumerism and celebrate the sufficiency of love at the South hills Village on the Friday before Christmas. We'll be singing "Love is all You Need," dancing, and giving hugs, and generally bringing mischief. Signs and Carols are welcome. Tell all your old friends; your new friends will all be there. We'll congregate from 6 to 6:30 at the entrance to Macy's inside the Mall.

New Year, New Story

Each day we wake up, we are telling ourselves a STORY, whether consciously or unconsciously. This story builds upon the statements : This is who I am. This is how I fit into the world. This is what is possible for my life...  

But the way we live our Personal Story can change IF we take actions daily to begin embodying a new story. In this interactive, online workshop, I will lead the group through a Guided Meditation which will help you to harmonize Mind-Body-Spirit and increase your ability to perceive more possibilities for your life in 2025. We will also explore some powerful practices to shift towards our desired future. In all of my online workshops, there is a great group energy and a co-created space of encouragement.
