Once again, I'm sharing some upcoming community events, because I truly believe in the positive ripples that these events can create. If you're feeling isolated, I highly recommend taking the leap to come check out one of these gatherings :

All ages, skills, abilities, and identities welcome! 

Tonight's dance is a focus on mindful reflection of our nervous system -- those moments we are shut down, or frozen, fighting, or fleeing -- and finally celebrating ourselves in joyous harmony with our bodies.

SOUL EXPANSION - Oct. 11th - Carrie Furnace

Soul Expansion is a breath work & sound event. Our goal is to transform the concert experience into a fully immersive event that is completely sober. An 8 piece live band, which includes a violin, guitars and drums, will be setting up in the middle of the Carrie Furnace with yoga mats wrapped about them in circles. The event will take the attendee on a light guided meditation and breath work all to the sound of the live music. It’s the first of its kind in Pittsburgh.

Lastly, I released my first song in over 10 years. It's about giving thanks for the basic things in life, which we may take for granted or overlook, until they disappear. Please check it out here if you feel inspired and it's also on all streaming platforms.
