Thursday July 11th - Singing For Empowerment - The Lighthouse (private residence in Wilkinsburg) - also an Online Workshop on Mon. July 8th.
Singing can be a powerful source of empowerment, inspiration, healing and connection. In this workshop I will provide a safe space of encouragement to help you unlock new passion to sing every day. We will do a variety of fun and interactive exercises using the power of our voices. Our ancient ancestors used song and dance to honor the cycles of life and it is time for us to reactivate these ancient ways. Also, no singing training necessary. There is a Zimbabwean proverb that says : If you can walk, then you can dance and if you can talk, then you can sing!
The event on Monday July 8th is Online via Zoom and on Thursday July 11th, the live version of the workshop is from 6:30-8:30pm at the LightHouse in Wilkinsburg of Pittsburgh, PA. Only 20 spots are available, so please message me to reserve your spot. (I've been having technical issues with FB, though I just created a new event page for July 11th here.)
For July 8th, Registration is Required, but you don't have to pay immediately, so if you are interested in joining, please take a minute to register here.
Then, you can decide closer to July 8th if you want to join in. The workshop will also be recorded, and many people enjoy watching the replay. Joining online live or watching the replay or attending on July 11th also includes being part of the 30-day Singing Challenge and Private Facebook Message Group, to encourage each other and stay connected for the 30 days following the workshop.

- We’re, like, totally stoked to have the amazing Tina Deems back, offering her insightful dream interpretations. Tina is, like, the queen of dreamland, helping you decode those gnarly nocturnal messages and tap into your deepest subconscious vibes. Way existential!
- So, like, remember how everyone thought the world was gonna end during Y2K? Well, it’s the end of the world for all those outdated paradigms holding you back. These old programs were installed as protectors, coming from a place of love, however misguided. Join us as we offer gratitude to those parts for doing the best they could with what they had at the time before we collectively Ctrl+Alt+Delete them.
- Embrace the new millennium of YOU by shedding what no longer serves you and stepping into a totally fresh and healed version of yourself. Duh!
- Grab your freshest threads, dust off those neon kicks, and get ready to party like it’s the end of the world as we know it! Fun 90s outfits are highly encouraged but, like, totally not required.
